From pregnancy and natural and operative delivery to postnatal care, my personal focus is to embrace calmness in childbirth and inspire maternal confidence.
I am originally from Tasmania but saw the light and came west, completing my training at King Edward Memorial Hospital. I worked at Joondalup Private Hospital for many years and am now based out of St John of God Hospital in Subiaco.
I am married to Rod and have two girls in School. My life outside work often revolves around my daughters’ adventures – currently, these involve rabbits, puppies, ballet, soccer and tennis. As a keen crafter, my home is scattered with collections of interesting wool, beads, buttons and quilting materials.
I am also musically-minded - I play the piano and viola and dabble with the cello and harp.
My family are accustomed to momentarily rearranging birthday parties and outings when Labour Ward calls, and I slip out to attend a delivery (maybe yours!)
